Turner Pest Control has provided excellent customer service to the 168 unit condominium Association that I manage. They provide exterior pest control as well as annual interior pest control. If I have any issues, communication is very simple and the needs of my residents are met immediately. I like the fact that I have the same Technician every week on the property as he as able to build not only a relationship with me, but with my residents as well. The Service Manager as also stepped up while my regular Technician was on vacation and it gave me the opportunity to get to know him as well.
My overall experience with Turner Pest Control has been a very positive one.
Joe our service rep always explains exactly what he's doing on every trip and recommends if we if he believes we need additional service and more items for any specific type I passed that he may be noting more signs of.
He always scheduled his service earlier in the day during or nonbusiness hours which is pretty important when you have a small food operation; guests don't want to see a pest control company on site while the doors are open!
In my experience with Turner, they have always been very helpful. When I called with a question, they called back right away. When there is a problem at the house in between my quarterly service, they come right out to resolve it. I also like the fact they do not use any toxic chemicals harmful to both humans and pets. Florida ha sit's issues with bugs and critters. I have no complaints about their service. It's stellar. Used them for years now..
