We really enjoy the group fitness classes! ALL the instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful. We're looking for to having the pool available again... I really don't like going to a different Y when this one is so close.

I like Kelsey's line dance classes. She's easy to follow and she's quite kind!! That's the only classes I've come out for so far.

I like some of the 'update' programs. They are scheduled at good times and there is good space for us to work out. I also appreciate the space top park. I have found everyone there to be very friendly and welcoming.

Huge variety and times

Fremont, NE
I love the water aerobics and the water aerobics instructors. I live in Fremont and was a member of the Y in Fremont, but the water is always cold and the pool is always closed for swim events. Therefore, I moved to the valley YMCA and love it.

Omaha, NE
I needed a therapy pool and this is warm and inviting. The people are friendly and welcoming.
