Tyler was amazing to work with. He took time to understand what our needs and hopes were for our new home and provided sound and pragmatic advice about how to take each step. He was also at ease in navigating all the challenges that come with buying your first home. He is a delight to work with and I would recommend him to my best friend, my family, and to a complete stranger. Tyler is a delight to work with!

Tyler is #1 as a realtor in all aspects of home buying.  Tyler's expertise was demonstrated to us from beginning to end.  Tyler helped us: * Establish search criteria based upon our needs and wants. * Set up internet searches using our criteria for timely notifications. * Arrange walk through reviews of houses that met our criteria. * Facilitate appraisal of potential homes to allow us to make an offer. * Write a fair and reasonable offer.  * Obtain a home inspection to uncover any unknown issues. * Negotiate with the seller. * Close the deal. Tyler's everything you want from a realtor. Detail oriented, highly communicative, honest in his forecast of what our property sale would look like and how long we might expect it to be on the market.
