Times have certainly changed since my first home sale and purchase. I never met these guys personally, but their service provided over the internet was outstanding. No issues at all, quick, and seamless. What else do you need from a title company. In fact, they even have a virtual notary service so you can do everything absolutely online. Highly recommend them.
