Overall I had an amazing bf experience with Universal Title of White Marsh. I loved working with Janet who always was there to help and answer any questions I had. Signing the paperwork only took 15 minutes and everyone there explained everything in clear terms that I could understand. They were also kind enough to take photos after and provide me with special memories I will cherish. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

The process was very efficient, especially through the online portal. The communication between the realtor, the loan agent, and Universal Title was coordinated without any issues. The day of closing the process took less than an hour. We even got a framed picture as new homeowners right there and then! overall, Universal Title was a great!
