Please try to permanently fix the hot tub at UMLY. It feels like it’s always broken and not available whenever I go. It gets fixed and then is broken again the next week.

I enjoy the variety of exercise programs that are offered. The instructors are wonderful - demonstrate an understanding that the members who attend their classes are at various levels and provide options to ensure they get a good workout and at the same time do not aggravate current maladies. On a separate note, I received a notice of my non-attendance at Pilates this morning when I was, in fact, in attendance.

I love how friendly the staff is, and the sauna and having multiple pools- and having at least one open as a priority. I would love for you all to consider turning 1 pool into a salt water pool for people who are sensitive to chlorine- it would be a huge gift to the community and would likely attract new members. I'd also love to see a place for a cold plunge, some kind of small pool? Thanks!

My daughter has been in the preschool swim class for two sessions and she loves it! The instructors are kind, supportive, and calm. The only thing I would change is getting feedback after the class is completed to see if she needs to stay at the current level (1/2) or if she is ready to register for level 3.
