We have followed a dog groomer (Nicole) from PetSmart to Chuck & Don's because she does such a wonderful job with our Maltipoo Ollie. She is caring and gentle with him and he loves going to get his bath/ grooming haircut by her. She is a calming presence and we will continue to come back to see her!

I like the quality and variety of the brands you carry. I like the loyalty program. I like the self-wash. The staff is friendly but even though I've been bringing in my dogs for over 10 years to that location, I am rarely acknowledged as a regular customer and neither is my dog.
I also think your policy of offering a 10% discount if you order online and pick it up isn't very respectful to regular customers who would rather just stop in. Why make me take that extra step to get a $12 dollar discount when I am buying a large bag of my regular dog food for $120? This makes no sense to me except someone told you this would drive more people to your website - for what purpose when you are primarily a box retailer?
Self wash was as expected but was encouraged to use extra towels as needed and the shampoo and conditioner were not diluted past the point of usefulness. Thank you and kudos to the team member who set it up for me. I felt like a valued customer and not another task in an employee’s workday.
