I had a problem at Quest Diagnostic when I went to do the test. When Quest entered my information it came up as an error with me being in some kind of system. I called your company for support and your representative was very polite and professional. The problem was on quest end not yours and your representative guided me to a different quest site because the quest employee there conducted herself in an unprofessional manner. Your representative however was very helpful and extremely professional. Thank you.
