This is the second consortium we have worked with.
Our first one was a small mom and pop operation that went out of business.
That being said, there were a few new regulations we were unaware of and I was dreading having to go through the red tape.
We are a small church with a single bus and three volunteer drivers. My initial concern was that we would be too small for their organization. At no time did I ever feel like a "number." They took the time to field all of my questions, even though some of them were somewhat naïve, considering we were playing catch-up.
US Drug Test Centers was one of the easiest organizations I've ever worked with.
I communicated with three of their staff getting us up to speed with our DOT requirements.
They are unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with.
I have a camp director friend of mine who has a small bus program who will be getting a recommendation from me to check out US Drug Test Centers.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I needed to change my husbands drug test location, and the woman on the phone was so helpful. She even called the site I wanted to change his appointment to and made sure they excepted electronic forms and did drug testing on a specific day of the week. I also called after hours and I received two call backs making sure I had been helped! 10/10 would recommend.
I work with Probation and USDTCs are able to be submitted to court, so I recommend them anytime someone must do testing outside our in-house drug testing.
The person I spoke with was very helpful & knowledgeable. She is professional & hoping she’d get a raise. The web site, was very easy to use. I will use this website again when I need to. 5 stars!
