Quick, easy, very helpful. Customer service when I put the wrong address on something they recognized me by my phone number and handled everything I have used. Test centers in the past and if need be, I will use them again in the future. Thanks again for all your help.

My drug screen was done voluntarily. Every step from making the appointment online, ordering the test and payment was easy and convenient. Bring at the Anniston, AL location the facility was clean and the personnel that collected my specimen (hair stran test) was as pleasant as could be. I didn't get her name but she was amazing! I'd highly recommend this location to friends and family.

The testing process was pretty good. The primary hang up was waiting to receive the email with the bar code. If this is going to be required, wifi should be provided so that customers do not have to leave the suite and come back to get the email.

I would recommend US Drug Centers because the representative Montrail was very knowledgeable and guided us through each step required by the CPUC.

Their online platform is easy to use, choices for testing locations are many, I can call any time if I need help and get an actual person to help, they call with reminders & offer assistance so we don't lapse on our responsibilities. It's worth the annual payment. Good product & great service gives me, the owner, peace of mind.

Good. They offered a location in my city and that was a huge plus. Also it was very easy to get what i needed for my employees and check out. My employees received what they needed to do the testing through email and text, and i didn't have to send them anything. Great customer service also!
