New to the mountain bike scene, my wife and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction. The team at Velorution made us feel completely at home — the store has a genuine family vibe, and you can tell everyone there truly loves the sport. A++ on the delicious freshly ground coffee offerings! A huge thanks to Curtis for getting us set up on the right bikes and making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy them to the fullest. Although I am not from the area, I received top notch help when I was riding my bike across the province and when I arrived in Sault Ste. Marie I got the help I needed. As well as being able to order a rare part for my bike when I got home. Reliability!

Fast friendly service that gives me confidence in my bike. I brought my 4 year old trek ebike in for a spring checkup before riding across the international bridge for the first time this year. I was told 7-10 days, but I got a call that it was done the very next day. And brake pads were replaced and the tire liners I had mentioned as wanting attention had been sorted out. I am happy to start commuting by bike again! Confident that my bike will get me there and home again without problems. Thanks everyone!
