The customer service was refreshingly helpful and overall great. I interacted with both George and Lorenzo, and so appreciated their assistance, knowledge and expertise. I ultimately purchased my new bike from Lorenzo as he is who was available when I returned to the store - He was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and explained everything that I asked and wanted to learn about my new bike. I had been to two other local bike dealers before stopping in to V5, and I found the customer service experience at V5 to be superior.
