I thought that the technician and assistant who serviced me were engaging, knowlegeable and very helpful. They actually convinced me to make a purchase. However, the store owner could have been more friendly.

The mechanics at V5 did a great job getting my gravel bike back to like new condition. The gears are shifting easily and smoothly and the brakes no longer squeak. I would highly recommend their service department.
