We’ve been using the spider control for a number of years now. The product itself has changed, providing mixed results which is frustrating. It is the customer care and support that we are getting from our local technician PJ that keeps us coming back. He is so incredibly kind and efficient. He reaches out regularly which is very much appreciated. Can’t say enough about his work ethic and commitment to his community customers.
