Amanda is so caring and friendly, and she makes you feel comfortable while she is waxing you. It is a very vulnerable position you’re in, but you don’t even think about that, because she is so professional and works so fast. I tell all of my friends to go see Amanda for theme waxing needs.

My stylist of course! Along with the front desk team that are so welcoming and gracious when you leave. On a side note, the salon can use some cleaning and maintenance TLC. For example, dusting the mirror frames, paint touch-up, replacing light bulbs, etc.

I like Kelsey as a Creative. I would be more comfortable if I had a robe before washing my hair as the chair was a little wet and I don't like the moisture dripping down my back. Also, I think that the shampoo bowl chairs are uncomfortable. I pointed this out, but there was no way to make an adjustment at the shampoo bowl. Having a neck cushion or some way to adjust for people with cervical issues would be helpful. While this issue will prevent me from coming more than once or twice a year. I do like my cut!

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! It feels like I'm part of a big family when I come here. My stylist, Kelsey, is so attentive to what I want and need to live my best hair life and I love catching up with her at every appointment. I truly feel like I am being pampered and spoiled and can't imagine getting my hair done anywhere else!
