The owner Richard was very helpful from the time we walked in until the time we walked out with 2 new bikes! He even went out of his way to find a part in his shop so i could repair my bike rack and get back on the road since i live 50 miles away.A friend of mine recommended Richard and the Velo Bike shop and now i now why.

I’m newly retired and relocated to lovely Reno, and needed an authorized Trek service dealer. I was very glad to find Velo Reno and owner Rich. I’ve had my Trek Super Commuter serviced twice, and I’m very happy to report that both times the work was completed as promised, and done right the first time. Megan at the front counter is very courteous and helpful, and owner Rich is the real deal! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough throughout the repair process. Excellent communication with me, and nothing that I didn’t absolutely need to get back out on my favorite Truckee River Trail. Please tell Rich that [FIRST NAME REMOVED] sent you!

The staff at Velo Reno in December 2024 took time out of their busy day to show me bikes and put pedals on so I could try different bikes. I purchased a Trek gravel bike that I am immensely pleased with. The owner took the time to help fit the bike and make certain I understood how to care for my new bike.
