I appreciate the time and explanations regarding several different products and concerns. Some of what I learned will be valuable to me, as I do quite a bit of the maintenance on my bike. First and foremost, I want to thank Rich for his sharing his extensive knowledge and respect for the biking community. The service received was unlike any other bike shop I visited in my quest to find a new mountain bike to replace mine that was stolen. Rich and his crew were all accommodating and professional. These are only a few reasons and they’re more, Is why Velo Reno is my new bike shop.

The service was excellent, answered my questions not once but several times about the same thing. Made sure the Trek was checked over before letting me take it home. Suggested the added accessories items I may need. No pressure selling and great experience.

I found Velo last year when shopping for a new mountain bike. I bought a bike from Velo in June 2024. I have been back several times for bike service. Everybody is nice and the service is fantastic!

I was very happy with the experience at Velo. I needed some pointers on a new gravel bike I had ordered online. And wanted to be fit for a stem length l.
