I had great service from James. He reached out after I posted on a random forum asking for buying advice and offered for me to pop in and try some different size bikes on my radar.. Once I decided he put a cracking deal together for me with no pressure at all until I was happy to proceed.

In an online digital world it is nice to have genuine, passionate people to actually talk to. It’s not all about the sale, it’s about understanding the customer and what each person wants to get from their cycling journey. James and the team are always happy to make time, as they did for me when looking to purchase a new bike. Coming up with ideas and expertise that I hadn’t thought of. They are a great team who I recommend massively.
