Friendly, knowledgeable and full of advice. Even though a trifle understaffed when I visited on a Tuesday. When I called later, the phone wasn't answered at first, so I dropped the call and tried again, this time James answered. The usual top level of service when I got him. The good people are there, just a tad understaffed. Maybe it's a normal slow day and I picked it. I would reccomend Veloline. It echoes the quality of Bahnstormers throughout. A great selection of bikes and products.
