The restoration was good. Very prompt and responsive. Ra-al did a great job staying in touch and walking us thru the process. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, responded to all our concerns and questions. The actual team that did the work were good but did not clean-up very well. I told Ra-al and he said he would take care of that. Otherwise, the vinyl's and PVC fence was fixed and looks good.

Very pleased with Venturi Restoration for repairs made to our master bedroom walk-in closet due to some minor water damage we had sustained. Recommended by our home insurance company, Angela coordinated with me and came out to our house to do an initial estimate of the repairs. She coordinated with our insurance adjuster on the agreed amount final costs to repair. The Project Manager, Robert, contacted me and we arranged a day to start the repairs. They arrived on time with a two-person crew. They did a great job prepping the floors with drop cloths and putting plastic wrap around the furniture in our bedroom. They completed the entire project in one day and did an excellent job including repainting the entire closet. The closet looks good as new with no seams to see where they had to replace drywall. Robert came out the next day to do the final inspection on their work. Very professional team - would definitely use them again for home repairs.

Personnel that were sent out on behalf of the company were always professional and very effective communicators. Personnel always ensured to answer any and all questions thoroughly to bring me a piece of mind about the process and expectations. This level of professionalism reflects very well against themselves but also to the company as a whole. Therefore leading to my decision to stick with Venturi to complete the restoration of the damages to my home.
