Jen was our project manager and she did an outstanding job in directing all aspects of our water damage restoration. Nikki and her crew removed all of the furniture and furnishings in the affected areas before the work commenced and placed it right back in the same manner it was originally in afterwards! Outstanding work by all!

The restoration was good. Very prompt and responsive. Ra-al did a great job staying in touch and walking us thru the process. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, responded to all our concerns and questions. The actual team that did the work were good but did not clean-up very well. I told Ra-al and he said he would take care of that. Otherwise, the vinyl's and PVC fence was fixed and looks good.
