The communication from Jon with Venturi Restoration has been great. That has been incredibly important in making sure that the project kept moving forward. The team that did our repairs was friendly and made sure that their job was done with a high level of quality.
The restoration technicians were on time to planned schedules, respectful, prepared to perform the job assigned to them and knowledgeable of their tasks to leave a well finish project when work was completed.
They also provided a tarp & sandbags for the roof leak because USAA said that our zip code didn't have anyone to provide that. When I told Venturi Restoration that USAA didn't have anyone to provide a tarp & sandbags, he had his men come out & provided the tarp & sandbags .
They were much appreciated, because we had 5-6 more rain storms afterwards. Thank you for your help during this time.

The tear out was done in a timely manner. Trying to reach Jason Goodnight or Vance Hahn is very trying. Two weeks after the migation, I final received the cost to submit to my Insurance. During this time Vance submitted restoration estimate and after 3 days of trying to get a work authorization to sign and proceed, it arrived by email. The email was not identified as coming from Venturi Restoration, sender was from [EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED],subject line: Complete with DocuSign: Structure WA.pdf. No indication it was from Venturi. At this time I would like to have a firm time and date to proceed. Very poor followup and customer relations
