On the day we noticed a major leak in our home, my mother-in-law was in the ICU and we were trying to figure out how we could move her into our home if she became stable enough. To say it was stressful is a gross understatement. But the team from ATI was a godsend. Nick walked us through the process of reconstruction and Cole contacted us to get started on the water mitigation phase. He brought his team, Erick and Oscar. From that point on, we received nothing but incredible service. Everyone was respectful and communicative. They showed up on time, made sure we understood everything that was happening, took great care of our home and made sure to consider the complications of our Mom's health issues and needs. Any question or concern was responded to thoughtfully. And everyone we were in contact with was so personable and warm. The entire process, while definitely stressful, was exactly what you would want if you ever find yourself in such a situation. We cannot thank you enough!

I am overwhelmed with appreciation and gratitude for Hal! He has been so incredible to work with that renamed him "Hallelujah" lol. Seriously though, I called him on a last ditch hail Mary to see if he could make any difference on a nightmare of a project that had been dragging on for more than 3 months. He immediately took tons of time on the phone with me to fully understand the problems I had been dealing with... all the damages from a leak, difficult tenant issues, previous contractor failures, and brutal Insurance appraisers. He didn't even flinch. He gave me confidence that he had the skills: contractor, estimate and people skills, to get the job done. And he did. Thank you Hal!!!

Field supervisor and technicians were courteous, respectful and attentive to COVID guidelines. The field supervisor kept me apprised of the progress, and when to expect completion of the work. The Venturi crew satisfactorily addressed my questions and concerns, and inspired my confidence in them. Venturi selected quality materials for the repairs, and did an excellent job with installation.
