I appreciated that all staff members I came into contact with, were super attentive. The lady at the front desk greeted me with a smile and offered me several refreshment options and then my stylist came out to the reception area to let me know he would be running five minutes late. Great communication and customer service.

I loved the welcoming atmosphere. Joel was absolutely amazing with making sure he knew everything I wanted, especially after having a bad experience the last time I got my hair done. My first time in the salon and i was very pleased and in love with my hair, completely obsessed!!

My stylist is very good at styling and helping one decide on the style. He is kind and friendly. He gives a wonderful, relaxing shampoo which is impoortant to me--5 minutes of heaven!! The shop is very clean and organized with a lot of product. All workers are helpful and friendly.

Greg, my new hairstylist, did an excellent job listening to what I wanted, and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it to be cut (from mid-length to short). I was able to get an appointment the same day. Grateful for the knowledge and expertise that was provided during my appointment. Greg takes much pride in ensuring he continues to seek education in his field, and in my opinion is one of the best. Customer service with excellence. Thank you!
