The groomer does an EXCELLENT job with our German Shepherd. Also, the staff are always helpful with scheduling and other related issues.

I love our rewards points! It feels like we always have a reward or some cash when we shop, which is always very exciting. We go here a lot. We get our three dogs groomed here and buy our dog food here - we can’t recommend it enough. When one of our dogs came down with an allergy we spent hours in and out of the store to find out what worked and there was always someone there to help us and answer our questions or suggest us a new option. We took a couple of your marketing materials to pass to our friends and family who have dogs as well. We’re excited to have them join our Krisers family.

I love Krisers in Vernon Hills! I had stopped in to get my puppy’s food and asked about grooming difficult puppies. I brought mine back and an hour later my Westie looked so adorable. Kat did an awesome job working with my puppy. It’ll take a few times for my Westie to adjust but she did better than I expected. Kriser’s employees have a world of knowledge! They’ve helped me with all my questions. Great advice!
