I'm new to bikes. My last bike was 50 years ago. But I ordered a bike online through Cannondale and had it shipped to Village Bikes where they assembled it and had it ready for me to pick up. What I liked is that they didn't get the sale, but...they provided me with time to walk through things on the bike, and a store walk-through to look at the various accessories I need or may need. My questions were answered in full even though he had others waiting. Everyone was patient (maybe it's the bikers way), but it was nice. Going forward, they'll be my go-to place for any accessories/parts/repairs, but also for new bikes. (already thinking ahead to the next one!).
