I did shop for my granddaughter's 20" bike on Saturday, July 5th, Oscar helped us. He said he would hold the bike for 24 hours. I returned on Sunday to purchase the bike, Oscar was not working and the bike was not on hold? So I left!! [NAME REMOVED] [PHONE NUMBER REMOVED]

Had a flat tire, was quickly welcomed and tire was immediately repaired while I waited. Super fast service. I also needed a new bike lock and was helped by a knowledgeable and friendly employee.

The service staff were incredibly polite, skillful, and exceptionally accommodating. We thought we would have to leave our bike for repair, but they repaired it immediately and at a reduced charge. Full marks.

1) very friendly front-end staff 2) highly competent, efficient and friendly service team 3) very responsive to situations - sometimes fix your bike while you’re waiting, sometimes within a few hours or a day or two depending on complexity and staff availability 4) very reasonable service-price that is (really) commensurate to the service-complexity and time that they spend on your bike 5) reasonably priced finished-products 6) The service area is pretty well staffed and the master service-personnel are extremely competent 7) both the service staff and sales team typically advise the purchase of a product/service-upgrade based on real need — bicycle condition, your competence & your plans with respect to the true-value of the upgrade (you are considering). This reflects integrity!! 8) working relationship between the front and team and the back and service team!!
