Village Cycle Sport has always provided excellent service when it comes to the maintenance of our bikes. We use their repair shop for our annual tune ups. Their staff is always courteous and professional. When we ask for suggestions on the repairs, they do not try push anything on us. We get solid recommendations and trust what the staff suggests. All of these factors are what keep us coming back. Keep up the great work!

I came in with my kid’s broken bike. Mike looked it over, told me what needed to be done, gave me his feedback on other parts I asked about (didn’t try to upsell me on parts or service), and had me out of there in 15 minutes with repairs made. I was expecting to drop off and come pick up another day so I was really happy.

I've been an honored customer for about 25 years now. I keep coming back for the same reasons...You make it feel like home, like your customers truly matter. The service is top-notch and my bike have run better than ever when I bring 'em out. And if something's off, you've always taken care of it...often right away, but always w/o an addtional charge.
Over the years, I've also overheard how the sales staff speak with customers of all ages and cycling abilities. They're courteous, patient, and thorough in their interactions with all people.

current bike has been in three four times
the last one the wheels were out of alignment got it back ok
two days later the misalignment is starting again it is an older bike and has been through
a lot runs pretty good it might be old and would need a whole new rear wheel
not going to worry just scrap it out when it is time get a new one
