Greg was phenomenal. This was my first time buying a bike and I got a 101 crash course. Greg spent nearly 3 hours answering my questions, going through the different Trek bikes I was looking at, reviewing different accessories and sharing nearby bike trails to check out. The best customer service and such a warm welcome to the biking community!

My son-in-law recommended your shop and I was very glad that he did. The personnel was very friendly and had my bike fixed in about 15 minutes. I loved that they fixed it while I was there and the price was very reasonable too. I also bought a helmet while I was there and the associate who helped me explained the options and helped me choose the best one for me. I would definitely return to this shop for another repair or for a new bike or accessories.

I brought in my son's bike , after he trashed the front brakes and broke a few spokes. The gentleman that was riding n the service depot wa very polite and attentive, he told me , he would get it done by the weekend, but 2 hours later I received a message saying the bike was ready. I went there and said wow, can’t believe you got it done so quickly, he said it was an easier fix and he remembered it was for my son. I will make sure I keep recommending this shop. Thank you

I stopped by to drop my bike off for service just before the shop closed. The mechanic worked on it immediately after hours so I could take it home the same day. It was beyond my expectations, and the bike is working flawlessly!
