Turn off the American Football on your TV's in the shop. You are a bike shop, a bicycle store. Not a Throw it Ball shop. I was in there the day Lombardia race was on & your tvs were playing the gracefull sport of football, not a great & over unpublicized in the U.S. event the Il Lombardia.

I know my bike assembly and tune ups are done right the first time. I bought a hitch from them and a tricycle. They set the hitch to fit the trike. They help me get the trike on and off the hitch. They can order bike parts from the manufacturer. I just tell them what I want, like a special wide seat for another trike.

The level of customer service and expertise that I received during my last trip to Village Cyclesport was fabulous. Greg, who helped me with my purchase of a bike rack, also gave me so great input on biking trails on the area I am going to.
