I have been going to village cycle sports for many years and I like the service department because they are very knowledgeable about the bikes that they sell and they are quick to help out with my problems and service issues. The sales staff is excellent at getting the correct bike for you and adjusting it to make it comfortable for you. They are just great people. Thank you.

It's all about the people!! The employees on the sales floor and the shop are super friendly and knowledgeable. We also appreciate the transparency with timing for ordering, repairs and tune-ups. We have purchased multiple bikes from Village Cycle; and each time they listened to our needs, price range and never felt like they were trying to oversell extra features or brand names. We will continue to go back to this business and recommend to others because of the personal service they provide over and over again!

Preston, Joe and Mike are outstanding at customer service. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy with the bike you are purchasing from Village Cyclesport in Arlington Heights. This is why I keep coming back to buy my bikes here and get them service. They have a good inventory of bikes and can special order any that they carry and get them to the store quickly. They give great advice on the different models for comparison and there is never any sales pressure. This bike store has been around a long time and will continue to be around because of customer care they provide.
