My favorite part of the bike shop is the service department (Doug, Steve and service department). Whenever I come in to discuss my bike—which is my passion—the mechanics are knowledgeable, thoughtful, and able to add real insight to my questions or concerns. If I have an issue that’s preventing me from riding, they do their best to address it as quickly as possible. Over the past 30 years of cycling, I’ve learned how important it is to have a great bike shop—one that can help with questions and challenges you simply can’t figure out on your own. The staff was very much informed about the Verve 3 Gen 5 bike that I was interested in purchasing. Your shop had the one I wanted in stock. My salesperson was very friendly and courteous. He answered all of my questions and concerns regarding this purchase. The shop was extremely clean and product shelves and displays were very eye appealing. I picked up my new bike bright and early the next day. It looked great. I really liked the inventory of helmets that were presented to me by another terrific salesperson.
