Walked into Arlington Heights meet with a hello, was helped by a nice young man who helped me and then sent me to the Barrington store as they had an X large framed bike to fit my needs ,Bob then set me up with the correct bike and talked me through the purchase, I am thankful for all the help as I am a 72 year old man and still want to continue riding a peddle bike and motor cycles, Stephen

Always been very reasonable and accommodating. Would be a 10, but last time I was in they did not fix a couple of things that I asked them to when I dropped it off. They took care of it while I waited. No issues. I wasn't in a hurry that day. They just should have jotted it down or made notes.
