I had a great experience working with Village Cycle and Doug on my new Tarmac SL8 build. During assembly, a small plastic headset part broke, a common issue with this model, and Doug handled it really professionally. He kept me updated throughout the process, and as soon as the replacement part arrived, he completed the build within two days. The shop even covered the cost of the extra part, which really shows their commitment to customer service. Doug’s attention to detail and safety for both the bike and customer experience really stood out. The bike rides perfectly with zero adjustment and I’ll definitely be bringing my future service work here. Highly recommend Village Cycle and the mechanic team!
