Every morning our kids are excited and are not sad to see us go, and we know it's because of the quality of the teachers and the care and love they provide our kids. We're also super happy with the Montessori curriculum for the older students. Our 4 year old has learned so much this past year and we think it's due to the amazing teachers who have a real passion for what they do, and structure the program provides. Our 2 year old also started in the infant room and has progressed to the toddler room and we've loved every teacher she's had. It's amazing to see your children as comfortable as they are at home at school.

We’ve had a really good experience with Village Green! The teachers are caring, leadership is decent, the environment is warm and welcoming, and our child has learned so much. It’s clear that the staff puts a lot of effort into making it a great place for kids. That said, there are a couple of things that could make it even better. For older kids who don’t really need a nap, having some quiet activity options instead of a full two-hour rest would be a great addition. Also, with many parents back to commuting for work, having fewer closure days—or at least offering optional care on some of them—would be really helpful. And we really miss the half-day (9 AM–1 PM) option, especially for summer school! Overall, we love the school and appreciate everything the teachers do. Just sharing some thoughts that might make it even better for families like ours.

This is a wonderful school with caring teachers and staff. Everyone is so friendly and actually cares about your kids. My kid Lily’s teachers Ms. Karina and Mr. Fischer are amazing! Lily is welcomed every morning with a warm hug! And the teachers provide excellent updates and feedback on a daily basis! She’s learned so much since coming to VGDS. We are so thankful to see her growth as parents. She’s also developing strong social-emotional skills which is so important in life. All her other teachers: Ms. Nikki, Ms, Harina, Ms. Susan, Coach Eva, Ms. Lucy and Ms. Alex are all wonderful! Every teacher and staff that Lily encountered have been nothing but caring and supportive! Thank you for taking good care of my little one! -Nicole

Ms Karina Borrero and Mr Liam Fischer are OUTSTANDING teachers who have created the best warm and fun learning environment for our daughter. She is excelling in all areas and comes home having learned so much and always so excited to share with us what she learned and did at school. Communication and clarity has improved this school year with the replacement assistant head of school.

I have a great experience with VGDS with both of my sons. The teachers are very caring and supportive, and my kids love the school so much! My younger one joined the school when he was 1 year old and the teachers have been given so much patience and love to the little one. We feel like VGDS is part of the family as they are always there to support my kids.
