I like your service but for some reason I cannot log into my account and pay my bill. I called in yesterday and the call center person said my email was correct. So when I hit the link to reset my password the link never shows up in my e-mail. I would like to pay my bill on line so if you can review and determine what needs to happen to allow me to change my password and log into my account I would appreciate it.
