I participated in Healthy Habits 2 years ago. I'm disappointed that it wasn't available this spring when I I feel I really need a refresher. The presenters were very good--encouraged the participants to speak freely and share their experiences. Gave us great information and the handbook was very helpful.

I loved the Healthy Habits group. A sub-group of my original group is still meeting by zoom almost a year later and we've met in person twice. The incremental, non-judgmental class led by Liz and Victoria was wonderful. I'd love a similar strength building habits class.

I took the diabetes program at the Hyde Park Y several years ago & lost 18 lbs and have kept it off to this day. I also took the “Enhanced Fitness” for seniors thru zoom taught by Liz Hamp My spouse and I took this during Covid and we got stronger, more flexible and lost weight. It was an excellent class too bad they stopped it. Healthy habits was a good class too.
