All staff are so nice. Knowledgeable about every product in the store. There have been times I was about to purchase an add on for my bike and have told me if the product is worth buying. I have been given cheaper alternatives for almost everything I've needed. The honesty is refreshing. Instead of trying to upsale me on my purchases they will educate me on cheaper alternatives. I have had my bike serviced many times. They are always so good at getting my bike back to me quickly. I am confident that if I need anything that I will be given good advice. I have never had any issues. It's refreshing to know that I can trust them. Most places try to get you to purchase more expensive items that might not work so well or that have bad reviews. Because of them I will do all my future purchases at Vitesse. I have recommended them to several people that are shopping for bikes. I absolutely love everyone there. I'm always treated with respect and the customer service is beyond exceptional. Thank you for always giving me great service, great advice, and great products.

I was on my way to a 7 day bike tour and realized that I left my charger at home. I was already about 400 miles away from home. I quickly found the nearest bike shop to see if this shop sold Shimano chargers. It was Vitesse Cycle Shop! I was able to buy the charger! Sales representatives were very friendly and helpful! Thank you so much!

Trek Champaign failed me. I had taken my 2005 Trek Pilot 5.0 in because after they did the Ultegra crankarm inspection, the front shifter was failing. They had the bike for 2-days and could not figure out what to do. Upon arrival at Vitesse, Sean noticed the small ring was mounted backwards. Also rear shift cable path was incorrectly secured. The bike was finished next day and shifting is back to perfection.

I love that each customer is treated as an individual, and that each associate is very knowledgeable about the products, and how to make sure each shoe fits the needs of the customer (fit, running style, ...).
