I enjoy the friendliness of the staff, the friendliness of the other Members and the silver sneakers and yogurt and water aerobics. The time the programs start are then instructor’s explains why we are doing various movements.

The trainers are great and we love the clientele. I don’t like it at all when the trainers don’t make it to class for whatever reasons. It takes me 30min to get there and when no one is available it ruins my day.
