I love that the Y is at least trying to engage the membership. Even if the events are poorly attended, please keep up the effort until they are attended well. I'd like to see the game room used more as well. Early morning or late evening Yoga or Pilates would also be nice.
There is a lot of activity for senior adults and that factors in correctly weight machines early mornings class time to gather my thoughts before going out and the pool for just bringing every thing together!!
Love the outdoor pool play area, the zero entry, and the rock climbing area. The staff were nice as well. Though we live further away, my family looks forward to visiting this facility again to enjoy the fun.
Activities set up for older adults to really get into physical activities and stay healthy. A lot of programs tends towards the older member makes us want to go every day and be active socialize with people that there. Ideas stand active.
I only attend Wade Walker's "water aerobics" periodically.....perhaps every 6 months....However, I am never disappointed with the class..the instructor...or staff..... The classes are also engaging....fun, well planned, and energetic!!! The instructors are always well-informed...professional...and adapt the activities to meet the participants' needs....AND the staff exemplifies "excellent customer service" as I am always greeted with a smile....eye contact...and a greeting!!! So welcoming!!!!
