Colin was extremely helpful in talking us through possibilities and configurations for recumbent trikes. When they came in Chip assembled them and when we came to pick them up he patiently adjusted them to our individual needs. He helped us outfit them using what we already had and recommending what we needed to upgrade our helmets. There was no sales pressure at all. As for the trikes, we couldn't be more pleased. The Sun Seekers got us back on the trails in our mid 70s and we are having a blast. M & V
