The community overall is great but some people within the community are not very friendly. We always try and wave but there are some that just ignore you. My only complaint is the HOA! Too many rules.

We moved into the community 3 months ago and love the well kept look and feel of the neighborhood. We have been very impressed by that amount of homes that appear to take pride in their areas and appreciate the HOA helping to ensure the same.
