I am always grateful to work with Crystal AlAaraji at Watson Title. She always provides exceptional customer service to me and my clients. She is approachable and she keeps all involved parties informed. This transaction presented many challenges including a life change event for one of the parties and a delay in receiving 401k funds on time for another, just to name a few. As a result, we needed a couple of extensions. It was critical that we did not request a 3rd extension, and we didn't thanks to the incredible team at Watson Title. Crystal and those working with her exemplified patience, flexibility and professionalism. I highly recommend Watson Title to anyone that has to choose a title company for their real estate transactions.
