I could not ask for better than our Super Closer, Judy Pelfrey! She is the very best! This was a difficult one and she appeared every day until the lender was ready and it finally closed! Dan did an amazing job with my last TWO closings. They were within a week...sorry Dan. I know it put a huge burden on you. The first closing I honestly did not think we were going to get it done. We had a seller who would not extend the contract more than 2 days. My buyer was in the hospital having a medical procedure done. Dan sent a mobile notary, last minute, to make it happen. He is amazing. Both my buyer and I cannot believe he was able to pull it off!! If that was not enough for the week, my second closing was horrible. We had an agent that was, lets say, unprofessional, at best. He made every step of the closing process difficult for me and the title company. Dan stayed positive and handled each land mind with care and determination. His years of experience showed when he had to teach the lender what the rules were about documentation and his knowledge literally saved my closing!! THANK YOU DAN!! AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED, DAN IS THE MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
