THe Family YMCA is a perfect description of the company. You are family there. The trainers are very experienced and will work with you in any capacity. If you're missing for awhile, the trainers and other members will check on you. The people that work at the front greet you with a smile. THe custodians are meticulous and keep the facility very clean.

Our team and coaches were great this year. There was much better camaraderie and even the parents behaved much better this year. The only struggle was the constant changing of locations and the gym at Global isn’t the best.

The instructors are great. The staff is friendly. I also like that it's a family friendly environment. The equipment is generally clean and well maintained as are the facilities. It feels more like a home than a gym. I wish it were a little bigger and had more space for me to practice individual exercises like mobility and yoga. It can be a little tight in the treadmill and weight room at times. Overall, I'm very happy with membership and the offerings.

Delma Porter, the sports director, is incredibly organized, communicative, and helpful. She and Gabriella Q. always work to put my kids on teams with friends. They provide a fun, safe, respectful and not overly competitive environment for my girls to learn sportsmanship and teamwork while engaging in sports. There is a great community mindset with the YMCA and a town like Waxahachie needs that so much!

The youth sports director is very kind and organized. The ymca all around is an amazing place. My kids love to play sports through the ymca ! Coaches and staff are awesome !
