The Web team is absolutely top notch. Since I moved to Bend ~9 years ago I’ve purchased a few pairs of skate skis, a mountain bike, and all the apparel/accessories I’ve need to dive into both sports after starting off a complete novice in both. Their attention to detail, honesty and genuine enthusiasm for their customer’s experience on the trails is unmatched. I’ll be a customer for life here. Services. My salesperson took the time to listen to my questions and responded with educated responses in a way i could understand. We looked at helmets and talked about bike maintenance. One of my favorite shops in town. Keep up the great work.

The timing of the appointment worked perfectly with our travel plans. It was great that when I called to make the appointment, I was asked to send a photo of the serial numbers on the shocks and forks so the parts could be ordered ahead of time. The work was done quickly (same day). Drop off was smooth and easy, I was called when the work was done, pick up was smooth and easy.

I have received excellent care from Zach and other employees for the last 3 years. I moved my ski purchases after the recommendation from a friend. I could not be more impressed with the care, advice, assistance, and equipment maintenance. Zach helped me achieve my goals with Nordic skis that matched my needs, and the best fit I have ever had with ski boots.
