Web sells great products and takes the time to make sure that they are right for you. I love all 4 bikes I have purchased there and also our 2 XC ski packages. The staff makes me feel like family and have earned my trust to repair and upgrade my bikes.

The staff remembers me when I walk in for service, even if it’s been months (1/2 a year?) since my last visit. That means a LOT. They’re always pleasant and accommodating, thorough in their service assessments and recommendations, do things correctly and on time, contact us to clarify what we want, if there’s anything new or unclear. I drove 5 hours to pick up a bike they had in stock. When I got there the bike was already set up (tubeless) and they adjusted the shock for the correct weight and installed my pedals. it was a really quick transaction and everyone there was friendly and helped me load the bike for the long trip home. Great place to do business!
