I enjoy the group adult exercise classes because of the instructors, the music and the varied ages of the students. It’s fun. I haven’t been in town this year as much as previously and let the desk staff know this and w s’told that my account would be credited. I am wondering if it is. Yesterday I saw a debit for $50 from the YMCA. I’ll be returning from working out of town tomorrow, August 6th and attending classes on Thirsdaybthe 7th. Thank you

There is something for everyone. Age-appropriate activities for all. I love going into the weight room where there are adults of all ages, taking care of themselves. No hunks and babes, strutting around, I love it.
