The women at reception treat you like a guest in their home. Very welcoming! My contact, Will, was helpful and thorough and is always a pleasure to work with. The man at checkout is always great at providing information & possible supplies I may need. Nick (?), the man who inspects my motorhome for service, is also excellent. Tell him I’ll improve on my “C+” grade he gave me for my sealant job. I brought the motorhome in for summerization, an issue with the tires, and a generator oil change/inspection. When I left the dealership and arrived at my destination, I discovered my trunk door was open. I was confused as there is no access to water or generator. Gave me suspicious feelings. Further, I had to ask twice for fresh water, which I didn’t think wad much to ask. Only halfway filled

We left with a better outcome than expected. We brought our new motorhome that required service. They were able to take us early, address our concerns, and even though there was an error obtaining our water sensor, they were able to repair the existing sensor and get us on our way.
