The issue with the non-working slide out was not corrected completely - we now have to come back up and drop it off again for repair/rewiring. This issue was clearly identified and we were told the motors would be rewired and they weren’t. Thankfully the service tech showed my husband how to do an override if the issues continues so we can get on our way for a planned 4-week camping trip.

I was very impressed with my Service Advisor Jim Evan. He constantly kept me informed about all the repairs that needed to be done. He always kept me informed about status updates through email and text messages while my RV was being worked on. Extremely nice person, both him am I were Veterans who served in the Armed Forces. Very easy to work with and was always upfront with me about the final costs of the repairs. I would recommend him to anyone wanting great service on their RV. I give Jim a 10 out of 10 score. If I need future service with General RV of West Chester, PA, I will certainly ask for him.
