Christian was very helpful. I was able to write down notes on what to do with the water filter and hot water heater. Plus, he informed me that it is best to turn off the ac before I turn off the generator. I greatly appreciate those types of helpful hints. My van has two recalls. The general manager was able to get the five hour recall done. I live three hours from the general RV shop so I am very grateful when work can be completed in a day.
