We had an excellent sales and delivery experience at General RV when we bought our inTech Sol travel trailer. From sales to delivery to service, the entire General RV team made us feel seen and valued. Just walking in the front door, the reception team is friendly and welcoming. Tom, our salesperson, answered our questions, helped us through the sales process, and followed up after the sale. Angel, in finance, was detailed, friendly, and encouraging. Kayla did a very thorough demonstration during our walkthrough, while patiently answering our many questions. Maureen was awesome at wrangling all the delivery details and getting us out the door. Tom and Chris were pros, getting us set up with the WDH. Service has been on point, arranging our first follow-up visit. Even General RV's corporate "camp crew" has reached out to make sure we're satisfied. General RV's West Chester team is top-notch and true professionals.

The general manager sales manager, Aaron was very helpful and the girl who showed us around the RV Jen very nice lady. The only problem with the RV is one shade does not work. They told us they would ship the part out to me and you’re one of your mechanics showed me how to replace the part All very helpful all in all it was a very good experience. Everything. Our unit was cleaned and ready when we arrived for pickup. Dominick did an excellent job with the walk through. He patiently answered all of our questions and we were never rushed. Everyone we dealt with during our 5+ hours at General was friendly and helpful. Maureen at the front desk approached many times to insure we were comfortable. When we returned early the next morning with a few minor problems, we asked for Dominick and he immediately came out to help, as did Kevin and a third tech until we were satisfied that everything was working properly. A week after our pickup, we called regarding several items that were mistakenly left in our trade- in unit. The service department located them and Amy graciously took my address and card # and had them mailed home to me. Looking forward to continuing to working with General in West Chester for all of our service needs.
