Our experience on the WEY Racers swim team has been extraordinary this season, and we look forward to returning for more. Coach James, Coach Val, and the rest of the staff have been very communicative, both with parents about logistics and with my son about improving his technique, speed, and performance. This was our first year and it's been a wonderful introduction to competitive swimming for my son.

I love the group exercise classes! Julia's class Move N Groove is good medicine and lots of fun; I always feel 100% better mentally and physically after Julia's class. Her playlist of dance tunes is epic. Nasheed's class Super Seniors is also amazing. If I attend class regularly, I gain strength and muscle mass in my legs, and I have better balance and more confidence. Both Julia and Nasheed are excellent instructors because they have best practices behind their exercises AND they build community and emotional connection among the participants. I like the cardio machines for the times when I have missed the group classes. The steam room is really good for relaxing.
