West Michigan Bike & Fitness stands behind their products. I bought a Trek bike years ago and rode it daily. Recently, the frame broke and West Michigan Bike & Fitness searched for my record in their system and found it and contracted Trek, who issued me a whole new bike. West Michigan Bike & FItness put the new bike together for me and salvaged as many pieces from my old bike as possible. The new bike is fantastic! The old one was also fantastic! Very prompt courteous service.

We're very happy with are new Townie e-bikes. We're having no trouble getting used to the electronic controls. Road them all the way into town for an early dinner yesterday. It's about 5 miles. Further than my old 70 something body has peddled a bike in years. Thanks Aaron.
