I happened to be in the area and you had an e-bike in stock that I had looked at online. Everett was so helpful in helping my wife and I evaluate the bike and then make a couple changes so to fit her better. Could not have been happier and will be back!

This past Saturday, my wife and I were riding tandem and blew a tire, and we walked the bike to your shop, and the guys were able to install a new tire/tide right away. I purchased a new Trek FX6 bike earlier this year. I'm 74 years old and have owned numerous bikes over the years. I absolutely love this new bike, it's the nicest one I've ever owned, all carbon fiber, very light and comfortable. The components, especially the electronic shifting, are remarkably smooth and this thing is a dream to ride.
I had a few questions and needed a few accessories so stopped in at WMB and talked with Aaron. He was most knowledgeable and helpful, all my concerns were addressed and I picked up a couple new products, a very good experience. Numerous questions regarding the bike were answered and I left a very happy customer of WMB. This is a very nice store, attractive and well managed with some excellent product, I highly recommend.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff who took the time to fit and check over my new TerraTrike Gran Tourismo. I arrived, spoke with Keegan about the trike, test ride and purchased within an hour. I appreciate all the effort these employees do, day in and day out, without the gratitude they deserve.
I recently brought my bike in for a repair due to a problem with the derailleur. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Although I don’t recall the mechanic’s name, he was very friendly and took the time to explain what might have been causing the issue.
I appreciated that they pursued warranty service for my brakes on my Verve 2. They were replaced as soon as the replacement parts arrived. I was a bit surprised that Trek didn’t cover cost of parts and labor though, since the parts apparently were defective on our original bike. Most time the licensed dealer covers labor too in my experience.

The Kentwood store had the bike I wanted in my size, Jason did a good job explaining all aspects of the bike and the upgrades that I was interested in.
The experienced and friendly staff were eager to help fix my bike. We were traveling and only in town for a couple days. I had a broken TREK wheel and they were able to locate the part needed to fix it. After a 15 minutes, I was back on the road.
