Friendly people and quick service make this a wonderful place to take your bike for a spring tuneup. They have an incredible array of products to choose from and if you really want to make them smile, bring them some malted milk balls from the peanut shop. I wouldn’t even consider taking my bike to any other shop.

I called a few shops looking for a specific bike, and the guys at the Holland location of West Michigan Bike & Fitness were by far the most helpful. No attitude, just super friendly and easy to talk to. That phone call alone convinced me to go there and buy the bike. The store was relaxed, no pushy sales and just honest help. Thank you!

I recently stopped in WMBF to check out a new Trek fat bike that the stores website had listed for the best deal I could find both online and locally. Aaron greeted me as soon as I entered the store and helped get down the bike I was interested in. He answered all my questions with expertise and was clearly passionate about bikes. I loved the no pressure sales approach and all the great advice. I bought the bike and the techs promptly went through it by adjusting everything to my height and weight. This was my first purchase from the store, but I will definitely be back for more bike gear when I need it. I got the bike through the trails today and it is a fantastic machine.
