I’ve always been very pleased with the Products/service! This past Saturday, my wife and I were riding tandem and blew a tire, and we walked the bike to your shop, and the guys were able to install a new tire/tide right away. I purchased a new Trek FX6 bike earlier this year. I'm 74 years old and have owned numerous bikes over the years. I absolutely love this new bike, it's the nicest one I've ever owned, all carbon fiber, very light and comfortable. The components, especially the electronic shifting, are remarkably smooth and this thing is a dream to ride. I had a few questions and needed a few accessories so stopped in at WMB and talked with Aaron. He was most knowledgeable and helpful, all my concerns were addressed and I picked up a couple new products, a very good experience. Numerous questions regarding the bike were answered and I left a very happy customer of WMB. This is a very nice store, attractive and well managed with some excellent product, I highly recommend.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who took the time to fit and check over my new TerraTrike Gran Tourismo. I arrived, spoke with Keegan about the trike, test ride and purchased within an hour. I appreciate all the effort these employees do, day in and day out, without the gratitude they deserve.

I recently brought my bike in for a repair due to a problem with the derailleur. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Although I don’t recall the mechanic’s name, he was very friendly and took the time to explain what might have been causing the issue.
