I came into the store with a rim, tube and tire. I was greeted and offered assistance. The person who helped me evalutated the tube and tire and recommended that only the tube was broken, that the tire had good wear left. He mounted the tube and tire on the rim and sent me on my way (I paid for the tube and the mounting - a very reasonable fee.).
