We had good experience - we were asking for new tubes on used bikes to be made better for children living in Kentwood, from Africa - there was no offer to reduce the cost nor to provide any of it - that would have been helpful - they did a good job - and the bikes are nice - we are providing 25 bikes and helmets to 25 children - 3 - 15 years old. I purchased a Trek Roscoe 8 mountain bike. I called about it early in the day and they set it aside for me. I drove up from Kalamazoo to look at it. The person who helped me (name escapes me) was great. Answered all of my questions and spent time explaining everything to me. I was not rushed at all. It was a very positive experience. I could have easily ordered the bike online from Trek and have it shipped to my local bike shop, as I have in the past, but you had it in stock...and the service I received as a customer sold me. I really liked the store and look forward to doing business in the future.
