Jason was awesome. Answered all my questions and just did a great job making it a good buying experience. He did so well that I decided to buy additional accessories for my new bike that I wasn’t planning to buy right away. Great store also. It was great doing hot laps in your huge showroom to make sure I liked the bike. A++++ experience. I’ll be back for sure.

We recently purchased two Trek Fetch+ 2 cargo e-bikes, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.
The team truly exceeded our expectations. They carefully prepared both bikes to tow our two dog trailers by installing rear hitches, adding fenders (after patiently helping us choose the best color combinations), and equipping each bike with supplemental extended-range batteries. They also mounted the bikes on a fork-mounted rack—and even took the time to troubleshoot and adjust a defective mount to make sure everything was safe and secure.
Throughout the process, the crew was knowledgeable, personable, and incredibly responsive. They kept us updated via email on the progress of the builds, which we really appreciated. It was clear at every step that they had deep expertise and genuine pride in their work.
