I cannot say enough how appreciative we are for having Jeff helping us with the purchase of my trike. After surfing numerous reviews on the internet for trikes we decided on investigating the TerraTrike and going to a bike shop that sold them. Jeff went over and beyond, he was very informative, answered numerous questions and never seemed to loose his patience with us. We LOVE our TerraTrike and LOVE your shop. FYI- I do not wish to bash other bike shops HOWEVER I am writing this as to emphasize how important a good sales person like Jeff can be...we are in Traverse City and the nearest dealer for TerraTrikes was in Petoskey which is much closer than Grand Rapids. When we went there we were met with a very nice, friendly employee. We asked numerous questions regarding the TerraTrike but he did not seem at all that familiar with them, could not answer our questions regarding them and more importantly didn’t really try a way to answer our questions. When we left, I was SO disappointed and I had decided to look at other trikes….My husband however looked into more videos etc and said...lets try a bike shop in Grand Rapids before we give up. Example- Question One- will this fit in our F150 - Patoskey- I have no idea, will need to measure- we took a tape, measured and decided it probably will not…. Grand Rapids- (Jeff) I think if will but to be sure we can take trike and put it in your truck to verify..IT FIT!!! Question Two- how does it ride….Patoskey- you can rent our trike (but why pay $100 to rent if you’re not sure we can transport it?) Grand Rapids- Take it out in our parking lot and ride it to see how it feels...Jeff explained the ins and outs to the ride. LOVED IT! When we decided to purchase he worked to expedite the process so we did not need to make another 2-1/2 drive to pick it up. I could go on even further but you get the point…..West Michigan Bike & Fitness of Kentwood & having someone like Jeff is the BEST!!!!
