I went in with a flat tire and they were able to replace it within a day even with being as busy as they were. When I went in to pick it up, they explained as best they could what had happened and even gave me a quick tutorial on how to change the tube myself. Their staff is very nice and they know a lot about bikes and are more than willing to share their knowledge. They've always done a fantastic job when I've taken my bike in for a tune-up and it's very reasonably priced. They also don't push you to buy more for your bike. They give great suggestions and show different price options depending on how fancy you want to get. I would recommend anyone go to West Michigan Bike and Fitness for their cycling needs.

Needed new tires. I was greeted upon entering the store and was taken care of right away. Products were presented and selected in minutes and service scheduled. I expected service delays at this time of year, but I was surprised to have same day service.

The minute we walked in your store looking for a bike for our granddaughter Evert greeted us and asked how he could help. He showed us several great options for a step-through Trek, several of which were on sale. He took a lime green Townie down from the rack, showed us the features, and we placed a hold on it so we could bring in our granddaughter to ride it. Later that day we were back, our granddaughter loved the bike after riding it, and Evert helped us with the purchase and helped us get it in the back of our SUV. Great service, a great price on a well-made Trek bike. We were very pleased overall with W Michigan Bike. Carl Kammeraad
