I just returned from a trip to Chicago( a busy fast paced city) There was alot of walking and stair climbing involved and this 70nyr old body would have never been able to handle it without the Silver Sneaker classes that I attend each week. I averaged 8[PHONE NUMBER REMOVED]0 steps per day and had no problem keeping up! Thank you YMCA!
Various programs for all ages. Always welcoming smiles checking desk. Want to get more senior programs involvement. Great equipment too. Got to get in the pool too.
I like how warm and friendly everyone is from instructors to patrons in the classes, I love that you have paper copies of the schedule for those that prefer that, and I love the neighborhood family feel of your branch
the staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. All the classes are wonderful and geared towards the strength and balance I need. I feel less tired already and enjoy the interaction with others in the training sessions.
