Staff... and all the stores are good for some reason...like the service which is fast and personal, sympathetic, and great value as they genuinely act on things that matter: pricing, expediency, repair turn around, availability/back orders and custom ordering (which they see through till complete BETTER than others). I now prefer to get services and product from Westpoint staff: Andrew and Gurleen ...who know their stuff and are fast at finding product, price matching, services mentioned above. Better than most other stores around for the above reasons and they keep good hours P.S. they don't rush you out near closing time which is a big thing for me.

I like the fact that you promote and sell quality products like Bontrager/Trek. Your staff is friendly, helpful and I have always received great service. I also like that if you don’t have something you can usually have it brought in from an other location.
