We travel from White Rock to West Point Cycles to have our E Bikes serviced and to make purchases. The customer service is excellent, staff are accommodating, very friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to assists us and answer our questions without feeling rushed. Our bikes are always ready to be picked up on the date and time they schedule. There is no where else I would take our bikes for servicing given their excellent service and dependability. John Douglas

New to bicycling and have never maintained one. Your service dept was great in explaining certain issues and noticing things like my brake lever not at correct height and adjusted for me without being asked. Will return for regular maintenance. Thanks

It feels like an honest place where you'd get good service. I'd like to make it my local goto bike shop. Haven't tried the service side yet though, I've mostly bought sports nutrition to this point. The person at the service desk was very friendly and went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. Looks like there are a ton of new trek bikes soon to be unboxed.....exciting!
