The staff was very friendly and helpful unlike many other bike stores they did not sit around and wait to be asked a question they came over and asked if we needed help and answered questions we had. Very knowledgeable staff up front as well as in service department.

I have found the staff very polite and accommodating. I told my daughter that after riding for around an hour my shoulder blades would ache. I once asked if my handle bars could be raised, but apparently they cannot. She said I should have been sold a bike that fit my body better.
