Oliver is great, I’ve had nothing but great service from him annd the team in the back. I also like that the shop has a family vibe. All the sales team have been exceptional. Angar has been extremely helpful, sends me links to products I’m interested in and has a depth of knowledge on what I’m looking for.

I am dealing mostly with the bike repair crew. I am grateful and thankful for helping me out. My bike's components are not really standard, but the mechanics are always going out of their ways to find the working solution. Pleasure to bring my bike for repairs. Thank you!

The staff at Langely West Point Cycles, from the front counter to all the staff in the shop are very knowledgeable and very conscientious. I am extremely impressed with their passion and professionalism. I enjoyed the full experience with the many things that needed tending to. I highly recommend them for a new bike or full servicing as I did. Thanks again guys, my bike rides perfectly. Dave

Lots of selection. Helpful staff. I lost my paperwork (I lose a lot of things) and the store manager reprinted everything and emailed it to me. Life saver!
