Professional. You listen to your clients. Very obvious enhanced cleaning...except for showers. I would like to see these more regularly cleaned!! I joined to improve muscle strength after hip replacement. Walking in the pool is very important for me. As you have a lot Of children and other adults in the open area it is vital that I can continue like many others I meet , to be able to walk safely in the slow lane. Once I can do that I will be very satisfied with service Also a small request . The need for hand sanitizer in the spa area. Thank you and keep up the good work

I like my gym, everywhere is shining. Staff arr so polite. I could book my classes. The hours of classes are so good. Pool is clean and i like everything So many thanks for your hard working.

Every thing. The staff are so friendly. The clubs are so clean. The classes are brilliant. But finding it hard to get booked into the classes before there booked out.im normally booking around 6AM in the morning before but some are still full.do some members have early access to classes

The staff are accomadating, hard work and motivating. They work to a very high standard and are always faciliting. The cleaning staff are always pleasant and helpful. The staff on reception are equally pleasant and personable. The instructors work very hard encouraging and motivating members collectively in classes. Iveta in particular puts her heart into her work. She is very enthusiastic and encorages members to be likewise. Overall westwood offers a good service and I recommend it to potential members.
