I enjoyed the efficient service and welcoming atmosphere provided by the folks at Western Cycle in Danvers. It was my first time using Western which will now be our regular go to bike shop. They serviced an electric bike with my blessing to do whatever necessary to prepare the bike for the season. I felt like they were honest in their approach and only did what was necessary even though they had my permission to do whatever was necessary. Thank you Western Cycle! Bob

The service was welcoming and helpful. This shop is a great place for someone, like myself, who is getting back into cycling and might feel intimidated by a more hard-core atmosphere. On the other hand, the shop appears to be well equipped to serve more experienced cyclists aswell. Overall great experience and I'll be going back for servicing and future purchases.
