Great service with the replacement of my tire tube, which was instant, when I thought I'd be leaving my bike, also with the person who showed me new bikes which I asked about and possible repairs to my current bike. Really great service. I bought my bike there over 25 years ago!

What I admired most about Western Cycle is their efficiency and reliability! The staff were kind, friendly, helpful, and very informative.
