All the guys at WESTERN CYCLE are super nice, friendly and engaging with me as a customer. I have some unusual bicycles that I create, and the staff at WESTERN CYCLE is terrific with working with me and seeing what I’m trying to do with the art of the bicycle and they make it fun to interact with them and go to WESTERN CYCLE. I love going into WESTERN CYCLE. I feel like a kid in a candy store. WESTERN CYCLE is the best in the guys there are number one.

I am EXTREMELY satisfied with everything!! We needed repairs to my son's electric bike that we brought up from Boston. These guys were very knowledgable and helpful and completed the job so fast that our concern for getting it back before he returned to Boston was erased later the same day!! Wow!! The price was great as well! I brought the bike up here so that I could just do the work myself. When I went to the shop to buy the parts, they mentioned the price for them to do the work and it was a no brainer to have them do it!! I've been going to these guys for years and their customer service and prices are second to none. Everyone should go here, you shall not be disappointed!!
