The crew is friendly, knowledgeable and for 25 years has provided me, my family and friends the type of personalized service that makes this the only shop I go to. Hunter, Christian, Luke, Anthony and Jamie take the time to understand your needs and provide timely, honest and educated advice and service. I highly recommend Western Cycle!

My wife came in for a tube for my sons bike and they changed it within minutes and also went out of their way to fix his grip on his handle bars without her even asking. Absolutely fantastic business and employees! I cant say enough about the quality of professionalism and friendliness at this business! I am a customer for life after my last few visits here.

I had purchased a new e mt. bike 2nd hand and the back brake wasn't working. I came in and spoke with someone at the register, (sorry can't remember his name) wicked nice guy. I was actually going to buy some hydraulic fluid, he asked if I had a bleed kit, that's when I realized I had no idea what I was doing! I made an appt to have you folks do it and it was so much easier. The communication within your shop is really good. When I got the text that my bike was ready I came in to pick it up and Luke, who had fixed the brakes waited on me. Another awesome guy!
