Great service with the replacement of my tire tube, which was instant, when I thought I'd be leaving my bike, also with the person who showed me new bikes which I asked about and possible repairs to my current bike. Really great service. I bought my bike there over 25 years ago!

What I admired most about Western Cycle is their efficiency and reliability! The staff were kind, friendly, helpful, and very informative. I had a really great experience shopping at Western Cycle. The sales associates are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The bike that they built for my son is sturdy, smooth to ride, and looks very cool. Western Cycle will definitely become our “go-to” bike shop from here on out.

Expert advice is what keeps me coming back. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They steer me in the right direction when I’m not sure what I’m looking for. I came in yesterday looking for tires, and am so glad I took Christian’s advice and went with the better tires than I planned on getting. The new tires ride smoothly and look great (just like he said!).
