Expert advice is what keeps me coming back. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They steer me in the right direction when I’m not sure what I’m looking for. I came in yesterday looking for tires, and am so glad I took Christian’s advice and went with the better tires than I planned on getting. The new tires ride smoothly and look great (just like he said!).

I enjoyed the efficient service and welcoming atmosphere provided by the folks at Western Cycle in Danvers. It was my first time using Western which will now be our regular go to bike shop. They serviced an electric bike with my blessing to do whatever necessary to prepare the bike for the season. I felt like they were honest in their approach and only did what was necessary even though they had my permission to do whatever was necessary. Thank you Western Cycle! Bob
