I was very pleased with the service I received on Friday, 10/31. I brought my wife’s Jupiter e-bike in for a have the tube replaced on the front tire. The young man that assisted me took care of the repair very quickly and efficiently while I waited. I felt the cost of the repair was very fair and I was happy that I brought the bike to your shop and received such excellent service. My wife is thrilled to have her bike back in working order.

I had my aventon serviced and repaired here. They were prompt, absolutely did not overcharge or oversell any service, and the bike felt and rode better than when we first purchased it. I would 100% recommend Western Cycles without hesitation.

Super helpful and friendly- walk-in with need for a couple of parts. Used ones were found to get me going asap (it saved money too) which was very much appreciated. Will definitely eb returning for a bike tune-up once the weather gets too cold to ride.

Walked in the door absolutely no pressure, kid came over and helped me get the perfect fit bike for my son, found the color he wanted and built it right then and there…. It’s not like ur walking into a store it’s more like walking into a friends garage… Most importantly to me I did a quick google search and the pricing was on point. Unfortunately I had to goto an other bike store for my self cause they did not have what I was looking for in the moment… could ordered it and got it in 2 days but I was in a hurry. Bought my self a bike quickly then did a google search to find out the other store ripped me off by $300 bucks! Soooo highly recommend western cycles!
