When I dropped my bike off to get it updated you told me it would be ready on the following Thursday and you were spot on! It was ready on Thursday however I was away on travel so had to pick it up on a Sunday. It was terrific - so much better than it was and I am thrilled that I didn't have to replace my bicycle.

Ian was great, helping me to understand the basics of an electric bike, then differences between specific models. I appreciated it that the knowledgeable staff weren’t on commission, so I could easily return later for a test ride, regardless of who was working. Staff also made it easy for me to test the model that I wanted, and adjusted the seat. I was completely happy with the service, and now, my new bike!

We went in for a particular bike and it was not in stock. They informed us that they would have more coming in. We put a deposit on the bike and got a call exactly when they told us. They put the bike together and we picked it up within a few days. Great service and very easy to work with, we would highly recommend them.
