My e-bike's handlebars were loose. I took it to WC to see if they could fix it even though I didn't buy the bike from them (they don't sell this brand). Not only were they able to do that, they also pointed out several other problems the bike had (e.g. rims had a slight wobble, one rim had a broken spoke, chain needed to be replaced, etc.).
The technician was very thorough in taking me through the bike's problems. He suggested the Standard service package. I left the bike with them on a Wednesday and had it back by Saturday. Bike looks brand new afterwards with the cleaning included.
While not inexpensive, the maintenance job was very good value for money, in my opinion. While I was there to pick up my bike, I ended up buying a pair of expensive clear sunglasses to wear while riding my bike because I liked the service so much.
Overall, the staff are attentive and the owner is very present (saw him both times I was at the store). Will definitely go back.

Love our e bikes, very knowledgeable staff, a bike area to try out the different models. We purchased 2 Surface 604 Twist e bikes. The staff was very helpful when we brought our bikes in for routine service this fall, was done in 1 day as we were 90 miles out of town. Would definitely recommend friends and family to check out Western Cycle Bike Shop.

Had a flat tire on my ebike, and they had it fixed right away, within a couple of hours. Extremely great service, and they explain everything very well. The price for the repair was very fair. This is definitely my favourite bike shop in Regina. The other bike shop I phoned said I would have to drop off my bike, and it could be days before I get it back. No Thanks.

My online order with Western Cycle (Regina, SK) was very professional. The staff are very polite. From Quick updates through prompt e-mails/SMS messaging, status updates/inventory. Also, was given a first time complementary bike, Build/Tune-up. Thanks for informing me what services they offer and ideal items or future upgrades to obrain. My experince was very pleasantly.
