Western Cycle gave me a prompt appointment when I called. When I got there, help was given to get my bikes upstairs. For each bike, I was given a full walk through and cost estimate. The bikes were ready as promised. I got assistance taking the bikes to my vehicle. Top service from end to end.

I was told that bike service was booking into the next week (I was in on Thursday and Tuesday was the possible service date). But because it was only a change of two tires the service person said that they'd try to get it done right away. I didn't think that I'd get a message in an hour that said my bike was finished being dealt with. This is the awesome service and response that I've come to expect from Western Cycle. I'm blown away by how much this crew, sales and service personnel, goes the extra mile to help people out. Thank you!

I recommend you guys to literally everyone that ever mentions buying a bike lol!! To the point that my family rolls their eyes when they hear it!!! The atmosphere The knowledge The quality of the equipment Second to none And in reality, it may be a bit more money than buying a dept store bicycle….. but within 2 years, anyone that spends that small amount more will make that money back!

Great staff, they were knowledgeable and helpful. There was a good selection of bikes to choose from. Being able to test drive around the track and my final selection outside was a bonus. The day I picked up the bike was showen how to oil the chain properly and use the hydraulic break spacer. The Verve+2 is a quality bike that meets my needs and more! Thank you to everyone who helped me out!

Products are comparable to other brands for the most part but the familiarity in regular staffing modules are appreciated. For example, the one sales guy Jeff has always been a treat to deal with that being said, the staff in the bike area (upstairs) Renn and Willow were a new to me this time but great additions in the sales/service experience. To top it off the owner Jim is exceptional. Very personable and always makes time to talk with customers. Great job to all of the staff there. Even that John guy...
