I was impressed with the selection of products onhand. The willingness of the staff to help and the bike tech working away getting customers bikes ready to ride. Brittany helped me find a great bike and she was fun to deal with. She is smart and knowledgeable about the products she sells and if there is something she is unfamiliar with she will ask another staff member and get back to you with the answer. It surely was a pleasure. Even though i am a couple hours drive away this is my goto bike shop now.

Best service in town. The staff is second to none, doesn’t matter who I deal with, everyone goes out of their way to look after the customer. Great selection of bikes and parts. If they don’t have it, they can get it.

Staff took as much time as we needed to feel comfortable with our purchase. They taught us how to operate and maintain our bikes correctly. We never felt rushed and are very happy with the our experience. The only issue we have is that one of the bikes we purchased appears to be an older years model even though it is new. Consequently it is missing a few upgrades that the current years model has. It’s not a deal breaker for us but it would have been nice to know when we were considering our purchase.
