The tech I dealt with does an exceptional job in explaining exactly what needs to be done when repairing my e-bike (note: I didn't buy it from Western Cycle). He did a very thorough job looking at the whole bike even though I was just getting a flat tire repaired. All done while I waited. Excellent service.

Impeccable service. I ordered a Garmin 940 online and was lucky to get it on final sale. The product shipped within hours the same day. I called the store seeking shipping information and the staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. I'm based in Ottawa and I've never set foot at this store but I highly recommend them based on their level of service.

I have received great personal service where I feel safe in asking all my questions as a brand new bike rider in my late 60’s. I was thrilled to learn of the pick up and drop off service for my bike repairs as I am a widow and have a hard time loading my bike in my car by myself.

I was impressed with the selection of products onhand. The willingness of the staff to help and the bike tech working away getting customers bikes ready to ride. Brittany helped me find a great bike and she was fun to deal with. She is smart and knowledgeable about the products she sells and if there is something she is unfamiliar with she will ask another staff member and get back to you with the answer. It surely was a pleasure. Even though i am a couple hours drive away this is my goto bike shop now.
