My e-bike's handlebars were loose. I took it to WC to see if they could fix it even though I didn't buy the bike from them (they don't sell this brand). Not only were they able to do that, they also pointed out several other problems the bike had (e.g. rims had a slight wobble, one rim had a broken spoke, chain needed to be replaced, etc.). The technician was very thorough in taking me through the bike's problems. He suggested the Standard service package. I left the bike with them on a Wednesday and had it back by Saturday. Bike looks brand new afterwards with the cleaning included. While not inexpensive, the maintenance job was very good value for money, in my opinion. While I was there to pick up my bike, I ended up buying a pair of expensive clear sunglasses to wear while riding my bike because I liked the service so much. Overall, the staff are attentive and the owner is very present (saw him both times I was at the store). Will definitely go back.

Love our e bikes, very knowledgeable staff, a bike area to try out the different models. We purchased 2 Surface 604 Twist e bikes. The staff was very helpful when we brought our bikes in for routine service this fall, was done in 1 day as we were 90 miles out of town. Would definitely recommend friends and family to check out Western Cycle Bike Shop.
