Excellent customer service on the bike they assembled, not purchased from Western Cycle but a brand they carry. Rapid communication when a broken part was discovered and offered advisement on how to deal with the company. All the staff on the bike shop floor were friendly and respectful of me as a customer. I like it that the bike shop will service gently-used bikes and then donate them to the Open Door Society in Regina.

I’ve been buying bicycles for over 50 years. The majority of the bicycles that I owned or bought at Western Cycle. I’ve always been treated fairly and very respectfully. I have an invisible handicap being that I’m on the high end of the autism spectrum. I also have ADHD. My brain is wired differently than neurologically normal. Sadly, I’ve had a couple bicycle shops in Saskatoon would’ve done the exact opposite. They’ve been disrespectful to the point of being hateful. Saskatoon has money. Regina has heart.
