You have a very good selection of bikes, the salesperson (Kevin?) went out of his way to weigh a bike for me. He was still very friendly when I initially told him it was too heavy. Then when I came back the second time, he was still very helpful, took the time to answer my questions, did not pressure me. All in all, a perfect sales experience.

I was very impressed with the service I received at the bike shop. I took my grandson’s bike in for repairs. Staff were friendly and helpful, after a full inspection advised it really wasn’t worth putting in all the parts that were worn out. I appreciate advise like this they were honest and professional. I’d go back there in a minute.

The staff are always super friendly and eager to get to the bottom of any issues that you might have. If it’s a really small job or a really quick tuneup, they often don’t even charge you and they always try to explain what caused the initial issue how you can prevent it and some tips for general bike maintenance and performance. I already bought two bikes from here and will likely be getting my third as well. Awesome team. I hope they never change.
