Isaac was super helpful from start to finish. He helped me figure out the right fenders after the part number I had didn’t match their vendor’s, and even ordered the pedals I wanted. I brought in my own Quad Lock mount and asked if they could help install it. Isaac said, “No problem, bring it down.” When I got there, he offered to install the fenders while I waited for my pedals. Then he realized they actually had the Race Face Chester pedals I needed in stock, so he installed those too and cancelled my special order. So I ended up getting my fenders, Quad Lock mount and Chester pedals installed earlier than expected. Isaac even showed me what he was doing and let me watch, which was great because I got to learn more about how my bike works. Five stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I have always found the team at Western Cycle to be exceptional to deal with. Whether it’s flats, upgrades or anything else, they’re always willing to help. Great service every time!

Has always been my go to place. From bikes to dragging the kids around in pull behinds. Ringette and everything in between. Its the first place I go and will continue to bring my business to for all our fams adventure and sports needs. Always on time or early with repairs and service and look forward to walking in the doors.
