The staff at the bike shop are experts and professionals! They have a passion for helping people not only fix the breakdowns but teaching them how and why they need to maintain their equipment. I have never been in a shop that treats the customer with this attitude of respect. Great work!!!! Matt

From purchasing to pickup the whole experience was easy and enjoyable. Had good communication while the bike shipped and was built. All the staff were pleasant and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the bike, confirming my requirements and adjusting it. Will gladly return.

My wife and I enjoyed our experience buying bikes from Western Cycle, as the in-stock selection was broad, the team took the time to understand our needs and let us test our bikes, and the process of taking home our new bikes (with accessories) was smooth. We felt well taken care of.
