They were prompt at fixing my tire, I like the text notifications, reasonably priced. Payment was easy over the phone so my friend could pick up! All around easy an easy and smooth process!

Very helpful, knowledgeable friendly staff. Always eager to assist customers. Love my bike and Western Cycle takes great care of it. I just don’t love all the stairs to get up to the bike shop. They’re hard on my knees. Ren is always a pleasure to deal with. He sold me my bike and has helped me multiple times. Met jmack for the first time and he was a fountain of information. Even educating me on my bike.

Great products! The service dept with Alex and John is awesome,boys are amazing help and very knowledgeable! Bert with Bike Fitting is a great guy,super friendly and veryknowledgeable but most of all makes the whole process of bike fittin very relaxing casual and a fun time! Quick service turn around times. I did, however, feel a bit pushed out after payment and didn’t have the opportunity to see my bike while upstairs to look it over after being serviced. It was immediately brought downstairs and I later noticed that the adjustable seat post clamp was screwed so tight that I was unable to adjust the seat height myself. This is a folding bike so the seat needs to be adjustable. My husband had to fix it for me. It would have been nice if the service technician could have adjusted this clamp with me there to ensure that I could actually open and close the clamp.

Had a bike in for first year maintenance. Service was great, staff were friendly and took the time to explain to us all steps they will be going through during the inspection and service (despite how busy it was). Expectations were realistically set and then exceeded when they were done earlier than anticipated. The team set a real benchmark for customer service!
