Staff took as much time as we needed to feel comfortable with our purchase. They taught us how to operate and maintain our bikes correctly. We never felt rushed and are very happy with the our experience. The only issue we have is that one of the bikes we purchased appears to be an older years model even though it is new. Consequently it is missing a few upgrades that the current years model has. It’s not a deal breaker for us but it would have been nice to know when we were considering our purchase.

It was awesome that they're open on a Sunday and I was able to get a quick shifter and a derailleur for my little project for Mother's Day. Keep it up. That's awesome. There's not a lot of places that have decent quality bike parts to purchase. The gentleman that helped me out was quick, efficient, and was able to find what I wanted.
