Bert (sp?) and Brittani (sp?) were both very friendly, and awesome to deal with. They were both genuinely excited for my daughter to find a bike that she loved and helped us find the perfect fit. We had such a great afternoon there. Thank you!
Friendly and attentive service with a thorough explanation about everything that was done on the bike for me. It s a nice environment, with lots of interesting stuff to look at for bikes. What a great experience. Something interesting was that I had my daughter with me and she got to hang out and listen to a technical discussion about my bike. So she learned a lot.
Fun times. We should come to the store more often.
I visited Western cycle after quite a while and was happy to find that they are doing well, we need local businesses to not only survive but flourish also.
I was repurposing my son’s mountain bike for myself as an everyday bike, the technicians was very considerate and listened to my concerns carefully. I’m very happy with the adjustments that he made.
We have always bought our hockey equipment downstairs and browsed the bikes upstairs. Even though we have never purchased a bike or even anything bike related. They got my e-bike in and repiared for a very reasonable price. Much appreciated will definitely be back
I like being able to drop in with one of my bikes &, if at all possible, Western will work on my bike while I wait. They will install items I've purchased and will work on bikes that were not purchased at Western. The bike cleaning & check-up offered in the spring, where Western picks up & returns my bikes, is another fantastic service.
Finally, sponsoring & leading group rides is a great service and I hope it will continue into the future.
The whole team were friendly and helpful. In particular, Everett provided personalized service and provided his own product testimonials to help me decide on the best helmet to purchase.
My only critique was that the signage on the main floor took a little while for me to find. It was my first time at the location and I did a lap of the ground floor looking for the bike section, before eventually finding the sign pointing me towards the second floor.
