I really enjoy the e-bike that I purchased in the fall of 2024.Like to bring the bike in for an annual check and service.The service department has been really good about explaining to me about what might need to be replaced and why . Everything has worked out well as I like to ensure my bike is in a safe and good working order . Thank-you for your expertise !!

Friendly personnel. Helpful. Always have product in stock. Told me exactly what was wrong with my bike. Gave me a quote. Very reasonable prices. Repair was finished in 4 hours. I was pleasantly surprised. The total payment was the same as the quote. I’ve been here a few times in the past ( needed new tires and inner tubes) and will keep coming back if I need repairs. If I eventually need a new bike, I will definitely check out this place. Highly recommend for all things bike related.

Despite not being able to fix my e-bike. They were great to deal with, provided lots of information, and in the end because they couldn't fix it, they didn't charge me for the time they spent looking at it. Throughout my experience I dealt with multiple people and they were all super friendly!
