The whole team were friendly and helpful. In particular, Everett provided personalized service and provided his own product testimonials to help me decide on the best helmet to purchase. My only critique was that the signage on the main floor took a little while for me to find. It was my first time at the location and I did a lap of the ground floor looking for the bike section, before eventually finding the sign pointing me towards the second floor.

Guy who first took my bike , diagnosed the issue and explained what he thought it was- he seemed very knowledgeable about the issue. Then after the tech worked on it he noticed that the issue was maybe related to the original setup and therefore they didn’t charge for the repair which ended up with just a tightening of the lower bracket.
