I visited the store a few times before purchasing my bike, and every single time the staff was incredibly helpful. All the salespeople were extremely polite, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt confident with my decision. Excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend this shop.

What a fantastic this Spring tune-up service is! Amazing and efficient communication to get it booked. The pick up was easy to schedule and I was sent updates when the driver was on his way.
Once the bike was in the shop, I had regular communication with the technician regarding what was found that needed attention. I quickly received an estimate for repairs (which I approved) and then was sent updates as the work proceeded. Once my bike was ready (one day later), the delivery time was determined quickly (mutually agreed upon based upon my availability) and the bike was delivered to my door 48 hours later.
Throughout the process, I was given clear, efficient information and all the shop personnel were polite, had awesome communication skills and treated the service with the upmost professionalism and courteousness.

Excellent customer service on the bike they assembled, not purchased from Western Cycle but a brand they carry. Rapid communication when a broken part was discovered and offered advisement on how to deal with the company. All the staff on the bike shop floor were friendly and respectful of me as a customer.
I like it that the bike shop will service gently-used bikes and then donate them to the Open Door Society in Regina.
