I have bought my last 4 bikes from Western Cycle. They have a great selection and knowledgeable staff. I just took my e-bike for a tune-up and they did an amazing job. John in the service department explained many things to me about what to look for and how to care for my bike. I give this store and staff 5 stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Employees were very helpful. My ebike has never had a service so it was time. But i needed parts from biktrix in stoon. I asked the WC employee if they could phone in the parts they needed and I would pick them up the next day when I was going thru Stoon, they said "they could, but would have to charge me their cost? I said thats wierd, could you email or text me the part #s I need and ill phone bitrix? They did, not sure what the difference is. But besides that, the service department is great.

Western Cycle generally has what I need for bike bits and bobs. This time I needed a new bell, got a really cute one, and tire levers, since I can't find mine at the moment.
