The staff was extremely helpful as I was looking for other quality food options for my dog. Besides making a good recommendation I was offered samples of the food to try out. Overall everyone there were very pleasant and helpful and they have a huge selection.

I only used Chuck and Don service for only a few months because my pet recently passed away. The service Don and Chucks provided was always prompt and accurate. I always received emails before delivery to see if I needed to change anything. They also were very accommodating when my dog passed away. I definitely recommend using their services. Thanks 😊 ❣️
