My daughter had not been interested in sports until she started swim lessons at the Westside Y last year. Now she loves being on the swim team! The coaches have been friendly and patient. She looks forward to every practice and looks forward to every lesson before joining the swim team. Crystal Cantu has been wonderful to work with whenever I have had questions about payments, registrations, swim team enrollment, etc. She has great customer service skills and always shares her knowledge of upcoming aquatics programs. I am very grateful for the aquatics program at the Westside Y!
Have not started on any of the programs. Will call to schedule my attendance 3 days previous to session of interest as instructed.
When I went to sign up, the staff was helpful, courteous, and informative about organization and sessions.
I would like planning staff to consider having programs for Seniors not so late in afternoon. Will be more of a problem during fall and winter months whe it gets dark earlier in the afternoon.
I understand planning staff takes into consideration multiple variables and requests to develop monthly program schedule. Seniors have particular needs.

Because is the best thing that i have made the right choice “ keeping up my work schedule in the gym “ and my son playing basketball with his friends ,
I just signed up for my membership and have not had a chance to explore any of the programs and activities yet but I will say the customer service at the Westside Family YMCA is phenomenal. I was looking for information on the summer volunteer membership for teens to share with my students and the young and I spoke with at the front desk was happy to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel like I was a bother.
