I really love the doctors here. I think they're very personable, they listen, they offer solutions and never judge. I have been coming here for many years and wouldn't change anything. I so appreciated the warm demeanor of the physician who checked me in, whose name I unfortunately can't remember. She was warm, respectful, and intentional. While I can't remember her name, I remember she said she was going to dress up as Beetlejuice/Dorothy for Halloween. Then, Dr. Patterson's detailed and direct description of my upcoming colposcopy continued to put me at ease. I actually got home and told my husband that I'd had a wonderful appointment simply because of the human treatment I received from the entire care team. I've had experiences where I feel like a number, and this was certainly not one of them. Thank you!

Dr Fontano and the people in the back. I wish other doctors would take a note from doctor Fontano. Her listening skills are above expected, she actually tries to help the patient. I have actually enjoyed going to this appointment and this is an Annual appointment. Not many can say this. It's hard for me to say anything nice about a doctor because every time I like one they leave. But she is great! The front desk people need better customer service skills.

Specifically made appointment to discuss health issue. Met with Dr. Eun. She listened patiently while I explained the matter. After reviewing my lab results done earlier this year by my primary care doctor's office, she offered detailed possible reasons for my health issue and then recommended steps to take to help alleviate the problem. She also provided a referral to a nutritionist. After following through with her recommendations and, if the health issue was not resolved in a reasonable amount of time, I should contact the office again and request an appointment.
