Excellent care by Dr. Fontenot. Would have been nice to not have to sit in a gown for 30 min before Dr came in. Just suggestion for Dr to talk with patient then step out while pt changes to gown. Patient doesn't feel as vulnerable. Haley super nice and friendly as well. When calling in, admin staff not as customer friendly. Kind of short.

I really appreciated the pleasantry of all the staff and especially Dr.Eun. She puts me at ease when I come in for my appointment, mainly because I over think my conditions are serious and she assures me that they are not and they are just common issues of woman's health.

Prior to my recent experience, I was indifferent about the women’s imaging center. But at my last visit, I mentioned that I had found a lump. Even though it was not visible on the MRI they were able to find it in the ultrasound. Dr. M was very kind and caring and quick to get me in for a biopsy. Unfortunately, the biopsy was positive which meant I had to have an MRI. The team was very quick to get me in for that as well. The staff has been very supportive and caring and I especially appreciate the speediness of moving through the process.

Kind MA support staff. I never get that with my PCP. I appreciate being treated like a person, not just an arm on which to slap a blood pressure cuff or a trained monkey jumping on the scale. Dr. Eun is very personable. She lets me make some of my own choices while still giving me guidance.
