Everyone at the shop was insanely friendly, both times I came in. I am an absolute newb to the world of bikes and know absolutely nothing. I was never vibed out or treated less than—people were just excited to share their love of bikes and guide me into the RIGHT bike. To build on that, I originally came in with a bike in mind that had a much higher price tag. I was gently guided toward a bike that more suited my needs which coincidentally had a lower price tag. This has caused me to tell my neighbors and family to come in, resulting in a handful of added purchases. Y'all are the best. I'll for sure be back.

Isaac was extremely knowledgable and helpful when helping me sift through the maze of cycling shoes. First of all, he didn't just make suggestions blindly, he asked first what style shoe I was looking for (flats, cleated, etc), what my riding style was and if I had anything in mind before I came in. Although I ultimately chose the ones I had in mind before I came in (they fit the best), he walked me through some pros and cons of various options and let ME make a choice that was best for me. That type of service in itself will keep me coming back to Wheat Ridge in the future.

This was one of the best experiences. I walked in and explained I had no idea where to start. I was immediately greeted and told they would be with me. The sales representative walked us through all the key points and made my kids feel like they were part of the decision making. The entire experience and product are worth every penny.

I came in yesterday very frustrated with installing a new tire. Josh in the service department was a wonderful help and got me set up in about 5 minutes! He was knowledgeable, kind, and generous with his help. Thank you for your great service department. This is not the first time we have been very pleased with you!
