Love my new bike so far! We came in with a bike I purchased several months ago that just had problem after problem and made me feel unsafe riding it. AJ was very understanding and allowed us to exchange the bike, despite it being well after the time frame for return. While we were really pleased with that arrangement, I was just really impressed with AJ. He asked all of the right questions, really seemed to care that I was happy with the bike and how it was set up, showed me a lot of things about the bike that I needed to understand and demonstrated his knowledge and expertise every step of the way. He is the epitome of someone who is really good at his job and cared enough about his customer to take the extra steps. Thank you!
