Very friendly atmosphere with knowledgeable staff. Checked in with multiple times while a different staff member was grabbing something from the back for me. It shows the team looks around to ensure everyone has been taken care of. DJ was very helpful and friendly!

I live 100 miles away and love the way I get treated when I walk into your store.Idrove down yesterday and worked with Andy in service. Extremely easy and helpful with a wheel replacement. I was helped immediately when I walked in to buy an ebike. I had zero knowledge about what I was looking for, but Gerrit answered every question I had, helped me through a test ride safely, and ultimately helped me purchase my bike. I got exactly what I needed thanks to his help!
