Hance was phenomenal. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I was very nervous about going in. Intimidated. I appreciate that even though I’m a beginner he explained things in a respectful way. He set me up for success now and future. He showed me 20 mile bike trails and the best way I could commute to work. He fully expected me to be in this for the long haul and didn’t judge where I’m currently at. He understood my goals and gave me the best option. He also respected my time to think about my purchase before I purchased. I also feel like I can go back in and ask questions if i need to. He made it so easy. It was like talking with a friend. He installed my accessories for me. I rode it home and did 2 more rides yesterday. I’m so happy. Thank you so very much for helping me with this next big step. It means more than you will ever know.

Had an awesome experience buying a gravel bike! Everyone who helped me was so kind getting me fitted for the right bike. There was one bike I was thinking about but it was still in the box. After I left they called me back in because they were building it right then! Great prices and had an extra discount for all my accessories and some free water bottles.
