They were quick to change out my daughter's bike's front wheel tube. They finished my bike one day earlier. They talked me through what they did and gave some brutal, honest feedback on the bike itself which gave me a better idea of what to expect from my bike in the future. They even made improvements from when it was first put together by another bike shop that apparently did not do a very good job putting it all together. I will definitely go back to Wheel Base Bikes.

I’ve been a Wheelbase customer since they opened. I’m a big Trek fan and all my bikes have come from Wheelbase over the years. Their staff is second to none, professional and highly experienced. What can say, they’re my bike as well to the majority of my friends! Thanks Wheelbase!!

The staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. Service was performed in a satisfactory manner. Very transparent service/sales transaction. Price estimate and amount on final invoice were both reasonable. No appreciable wait time. Only potential issue is with downtown Frederick location-there is possibility of having to hunt for a parking space well within proximity to the storefront.

Wheel Base Bikes are awesome! Their service, time, and explanation were classically top knotch. They made my decision easy by allowing me to try bikes and compare.
