I always get great service from Wheel Base! I've been going there for 20 years now and have received great service every time, without exception. Everyone at Wheel Base really cares about doing a good job and making sure customers are able to get out and ride without concern for whether their bike will work well for them - because they know it will. Wheel Base also has bikes and cycling supplies for sale. If they don't have something in stock, they will order it for you and the price will be as good as you can get elsewhere. I highly recommend Wheel Base!

Great staff great bikes..... I walked in randomly and asked for a bike i seen online and the staff walked into the basement and found it.... was riding the bike home within 20 minutes...

Nobody but wheelbase works on my bike. Other shops have even told me I should replace my bike rather than have it serviced. (Tells a lot about how other shops view the relationship between a bike and its owner doesn't it?) The wheelbase mechanics and owner are professional; great to work with and I would never think about taking my bike anywhere else.

The gentleman at Wheel Base took my bike and immediately began working on the adjustments I needed. While performing the maintenance i need he also provided me with a lot of helpful information about my bike and also performed some other minor maintenance items that needed to be taken care of. He was very personable and fast.

Great customer service. Tom is very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the technical side of things. I’ve purchased two bikes from The Wheelbase and have had mine and my grandson’s bikes tuned up there. Merchandise, service, and accessories are top of the line and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend this terrific local business to the beginner or seasoned rider.
