Excellent staff and customer service. The bike maintenance service is top-notch and has been for the 20 years I've been coming here. When they don't have a product in stock, they will quickly order it for you. They communicate well with customers, so you always know where you stand. They also have a good selection of bikes and eBikes. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my cycling needs!

I went into the store, a gentleman approached me and ask me if I was looking for a child’s bike? I told him no I’m looking for myself a bike, I wanted a bike that had the bigger wheels and was like a mountain bike. I wanted to ride the canal and some other places and around Frederick as my grandsons already have bikes and I wanted to ride with them as well. He showed me a couple bikes explained them to me and also explained how you get on and off a bike. Very nice gentleman and he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want. I got on one bike and then I told him I want my feet to touch the ground. So then he got this one bike from somewhere and I was in love when I seen it. It was the bike for me. I sit on it, I looked it over and then figured out if I had the money to buy it, I did! So the bike came home with me. Trek verve. Very nice bike. The gentleman was super nice and explained everything to me and even lowered the seat for me just a little. I’m happy with the bike! It rides nice and since that day, I have been everywhere on my bike. My grandsons are so happy their Mimi can ride along with them on bikes. They look forward to everyday riding bikes. Thanks, Kathy

the service was spectacular. The gentleman who waited on my cousin and I was so thoughtful. He found the right used bike for my cousin and all the associated equipment. The bike was priced reasonably and fits the bill!
