Great customer service, and the bike I bought was the same price as what was listed to order it online anywhere else, so theres wasnt a high downtown markup like other places. They said they buy back the kids bikes they sell when it is time to upgrade to a bigger size. They gave the bike a quick service to make sure it everything was adjusted properly before we left. Overall great experience
