The concern the sales guy had for me as I was making a major purchase. He worked with me (uninterupted) for close to an hour, making sure I had all I needed. I had them put on different handlebar grips and added a bell. I've been to MANY bike shops in the last 30 yrs. This one has the most knowledgable, accommodating staff of all I've been to. I trust this place. And it's family owned!
