I am blanking on the name of the mechanic who helped me. i do remember that he was a mountain biker himself (he said he did e-bikes) and rode in the shed. he was extremely helpful. i had a flat in the shed and called about 45 min before closing. he said i should come in asap and he would help. he helped me find a new tire, a pump and pumped up my tire tubeless for me. and i was out of there in 1/2 hour. thank you so much! Kevin Explained the difference between the bikes and listened to what we were looking for and matched us with the bike that best fit our needs. Kevin helped us with choosing the correct bike rack for us and put it together and put on our bike and showed us the correct way to load the bike and tips for maintenance on bike and bike rack.
