Kevin the bicycle expert was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. His patient guidance in helping us shop for the right electric bicycle for our needs was instrumental in our arrival at an informed decision. He afforded us access to his wealth of cycling experience and expertise and thoroughly answered all of our many questions. We never felt pressured to make a hasty decision and when it came time for us to make the actual purchase of the bicycle and gear, Kevin was extremely accommodating and provided us with excellent advice regarding our new purchases. He was instrumental in making the sale to us. Top marks to Kevin and to your store for keeping associates with such a high degree of expertise on your staff.
