Extremely knowledgeable about bikes of all types and makes. Experts in road, MTM bikes, and eBikes, but also kids bikes. Willingness to spend time with you to determine the bike for you are your child, including the very important fitting. Service was always just what was needed (nothing more) and quick. Service costs were reasonable. I highly recommend this dealer.

The concern the sales guy had for me as I was making a major purchase. He worked with me (uninterupted) for close to an hour, making sure I had all I needed. I had them put on different handlebar grips and added a bell. I've been to MANY bike shops in the last 30 yrs. This one has the most knowledgable, accommodating staff of all I've been to. I trust this place. And it's family owned!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I purchased a Trek seat bag and decided I would like to exchange it for a larger one. They had no problem exchanging it for me. They also have a vintage collection that is worth checking out.
