I was having a hard time finding a bike for my daughter’s 9th birthday. Me and her had been all over Oshkosh and Appleton. Everywhere we went we felt like the options were limited and the prices were too high. Found your Appleton location on a whim and could not be happier. The gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable, very friendly and patient with my kid, answered all questions, let us try out the bikes she liked and helped us pick out the perfect bike for her. We did end up purchasing a used bike but the way it was cleaned and tuned up, it looks and rides like brand new. All three used bikes were excellent quality and shape. I have 2 more kids coming up on needing new bikes in the next few years and we will definitely be back.

Trek electric bikes are the best e-bikes on the market! The ride is superb over other brand e-bikes! Highlights are a smoother ride with a longer lasting battery!! The Service people at Wheels & Sprocket are very educated and knowledgeable when you need help or have any questions! They are willing to get you back on your bike in a short period of time. I highly recommend this store and the staff. Ryan Vandenbrook is a great guy who goes beyond the call of duty!😊 Thank you Ryan!

I stopped down at the Appleton Wheel And Sprocket Bikes for a complementary bike check on my Catrike. I was able to have it serviced immediately. No problems. Delighted with the service.

Understanding the needs and showing that bike. Very happy! 3rd bike from Wheel and Sprocket and checked other options but the help for questions and service the other bike sellers don’t compare. One of the big box stores say they had bikes and when we got there were told they are order out only. Who wants to order a bike before they even test it?
