The staff is very knowledgeable and great to work with. Brought my bike in for a tune up with pervious information that it might take a week or more to get it done and they went out of their way and had my bike done in 30 minutes!! AWSOME!! Was able to ride the next day. Thanks, you guys are great!!

Great customer service. From the initial service writer to talking with the bike tech Bob. Glad to have that interaction. When picking up my bike Bob came out and explained the work done on the hydraulic brakes as well as showing me the old parts that needed to be replaced & adjusted. My bike rides great now. 👍

Ryan went way out of his way to help me with broken parts in my Thule bike rack. He tried to find me parts and when that didn't work through Thule, he did an EBay search and found parts that will fix my problem. I really appreciate that he spent the time to help me. Thanks Ryan!! Dave Gamm
