I brought in two bikes for repairs near closing time. Several employees stepped up and gave me great service. They were honest in the fact that repairing one of the bikes would not be worth it. They recommended an entry-level Trek replacement that made a lot of sense. Thank you all for the great service and advice.

Had my bike professionally fit. It was an amazing experience. Not only was my bike fit to me like a glove, but the knowledge I gained from being explained the science behind everything was fascinating. I needed new parts and they were ordered promptly and once received, an appointment was made and another fabulous experience as my new parts were put on. All in all, top notch service, friendly staff, Jim, my bike fitter was the best. Well worth every penny spent to have my bike fit to my specific body. it runs like a Porsche. The store is huge and they carry almost everything.

Service personnel (John) completely helpful in processing the packing of my bike for a flight to Denver. Likewise the gentleman who put the completed package in my car was extremely appreciated. Also, this was short notice to wheel and sprocket and they completed my request in a day and a half. Thank you u big time!
