Based on the incredible service and support my wife & I received on our first visit we were converted into life-long customers of wheel & sprocket. The team took the time to understand our needs and explain all of the options. They were careful not to push/pressure to buy, and were also very transparent on pricing. It was a great experience.

We brought our e-bikes in for their annual service first thing Saturday morning, Peter was very helpful in helping to unload the bikes, and get the paperwork done, he said it would be about a week before they were ready. Four hours later, Gus called and said he just finished doing our bikes and they were ready for pickup. I picked them up shortly thereafter. WOW I AM IMPRESSED. THANK YOU. ps - Sunday was a nice day that we hadn't planned on - so we got to take the bikes for a little spin.
